Utopian JP

The idea behind this deck is simple: Amass 11 Hope to purchase Utopian Vision without spending a single resource.

Perform lots of tasks and don't worry about failing them. Failure only feeds the Innovation Award. Every action card rewards failure, generates Hope, or both (even Reckless Confidence, because when every Skull is the Epic Fail, every Skull grants you 2 Hope). Use Recognize Pattern and Analyze Behavior to hack away threats on Leads (especially Surveillance threats) so that you can truly embrace failure without fear of the consequences.

Personal Keepsake and Clarity Of Mind are good early improvements for your Hope engine. Once you've acquired the Utopian Vision, Inter-Generational Contract and Unfounded Optimism (as well as Kicking in Doors and Without Regards to Losses) provide good outlets for your excess Hope.

Alex de Klerck is designed to counter this deck's relative lack of bonus-based (rather than impact-based) Fight action cards, but can probably be replaced with any other Ally depending on what other characters you're playing with and what they need.
